Processing of your data

In the following, we would like to inform you about how we process your personal data (hereinafter also “your data“).

Access data

Your data Whenever accessing a page from our web presence or retrieving a file or sending a form, your browser sends particular data to our server in the scope of his request which are used by the latter ad hoc in order to provide the demanded content and stored in protocol files among information on the server side about the (non-) fulfillment of the request.
In order to provide the demanded content, the following data are processed:

  • time (date and time) of the request
  • URL of the demanded content
  • IP-address
  • quantity of transferred data
  • product- and version informationen for the user’s browser
  • information about the used operating system

The data mentioned above and additionally those in the following are stored in a protocol file:

  • access status (file transferred, file not found etc.)

Without providing these data using the website is not possible.

Purposes of the processing The data is

  • processed ad hoc in order to enable the use of the website, that is providing a content demanded, and
  • above that, stored in protocol files in order to
    • enable the operation of the website, that is, for instance, detecting and eliminating access errors, as well as
    • ensures the security of our IT-systems, that is recognizing security-relevant accesses and, if necessary, take countermeasures.

The data are not passed on to third parties, neither for commercial nor for non-commercial purposes.

Legal basis of the processing In each case the legal basis for processing access data forms Art. 6 Sec. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our justified interest in the data processing according to Art. 6 Sec. 1 lit. f GDPR lies in the purposes described in the subparagraph above.
Storage period The protocol files are deleted or anonymized after seven days at the latest. In case of suspecting a security-relevant access, the respective data are stored during the period of investigating the potential attack and, if necessary, taking countermeasures, and particularly asserting legal claims.

Cookies

Your data Cookies are small text files which are sent from our server to your computer and stored there. These may contain various information which can be read and amplified by our server during the current and a future website visit.
On the different sites of our website we use the following cookies:

Session Cookie

When visiting our website a so-called session cookie is set on your computer. This contains a digit sequence which makes it possible to store the settings selected by you for the website on the server during the browser session and assign them to the cookie. In this way, for instance, all (sub-)page of a website can be provided in the language version chosen by you without having to select the language anew for each page.

Faktor Zehn Community

Nach der Anmeldung des Nutzers bei der FaktorZehn Community wird grundsätzlich nur für die jeweilige Dauer der Sitzung ein Cookie auf dem Computer des Nutzers gespeichert. Bei einem Cookie handelt es sich um einen kurzen Eintrag in einem speziellen Dateiverzeichnis des Computers. Das Cookie dient dazu, den Computer des Nutzers während der Dauer der Sitzung zu identifizieren.
Natürlich haben Sie auch die Möglichkeit, unser Angebot ohne Cookies zu nutzen. In den Einstellungen des von Ihnen genutzten Browsers können Sie festlegen, ob Sie das Setzen von Cookies akzeptieren möchten. Die meisten Browser akzeptieren diese in ihrer Voreinstellung automatisch. Wollen Sie das Setzen von Cookies verhindern, können Sie die entsprechenden Einstellungen in Ihrem Browser bspw. „Keine Cookies akzeptieren“ o. ä. wählen. This cookie and the data on the site of the server allocated to it are deleted after the end of the browser session.

Faktor Zehn Community

Beendet der Nutzer die Sitzung mit „Abmelden“, so wird das entsprechende Cookie sofort gelöscht. Beendet der Nutzer die Sitzung auf andere Weise (z.B. durch Schließen des Browsers), so bleibt das Cookie noch für kurze Zeit auf seinem Computer gespeichert und wird dann – je nach Einstellung des verwendeten Browsers – gelöscht.
Aktiviert der Nutzer bei der Anmeldung die Option „Angemeldet bleiben“, so wird das Cookie auf dem Computer des Nutzers bis zu 365 Tage gespeichert. Der Rechner des Nutzers wird dadurch automatisch wiedererkannt.

Ihre Daten

Im Rahmen der Registrierung werden in der Registrierungsmaske personenbezogene Daten des Nutzers abgefragt. Für eine erfolgreiche Registrierung ist die Eingabe der Pflichtangaben erforderlich. Pflichtangaben sind ein Benutzername sowie eine gültige E-Mail-Adresse. Die einzugebende E-Mail-Adresse wird nicht veröffentlicht und dient nur zur Kommunikation zwischen dem Nutzer und der Faktor Zehn GmbH. Sofern der Nutzer ausdrücklich in die Zusendung von E-Mails zu Werbezwecken einwilligt, kann die Faktor Zehn GmbH dem Nutzer an diese Adresse auch elektronische Werbung zusenden. Weitere Pflichtangaben sind der Vor- und Nachname des Nutzers.
Der Benutzername ist für andere Community Mitglieder einsehbar ist.
Der Nutzer erhält durch die Registrierung einen Benutzernamen und ein persönliches Passwort. Diese werden durch die Faktor Zehn GmbH per E-Mail an die bei der Registrierung angegebene E-Mail-Adresse bestätigt. Der Nutzer benötigt den Benutzernamen und das Passwort, um sich bei der Faktor Zehn Community anzumelden. Der Nutzer soll das Passwort vertraulich behandeln. Der Nutzer kann sein Passwort ändern.

Zwecke der Verarbeitung Die Daten werden verarbeitet, um die Faktor Zehn Community anbieten zu können.
Rechtsgrundlage der Verarbeitung Rechtsgrundlage für die Verarbeitung der Daten ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO.
Speicherdauer

Bei Beendigung der Mitgliedschaft bei der Faktor Zehn Community werden das Konto (Account) des Nutzers, und die gespeicherten personenbezogenen Daten des Nutzers dauerhaft gelöscht, soweit und solange die Faktor Zehn GmbH nicht aus rechtlichen Gründen zur Speicherung dieser Daten verpflichtet ist.
Beiträge und Kommentare, des Nutzers bleiben – soweit die Faktor Zehn GmbH nicht aus anderen Gründen ihre Löschung vornimmt – nach der Beendigung auch weiterhin anderen Nutzern zugänglich.
